Take a refreshing respite in the quiet or experience the bustle of historic downtown Calumet from our 500 sqft guest apartment. This studio apartment is lofted above the detached garage with a private entrance. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants, coffeehouses, bakeries, and local ski and snowmobile trails our guest home is a perfect place to explore all the Keweenaw peninsula has to offer. Guests have 24/7 access to the host, when necessary, as I live in the detached main house.

For those relaxing summer nights, sit on the large deck and watch the moon rise or roast marshmallows on a bonfire while you listen to the waves crashing. 2 kayaks and life jackets available for use.

Our peaceful 5-bedroom lakefront home is 4 miles from Houghton and is conveniently located near the airport, Michigan Tech, Mont Ripley (3 miles) and Mount Bohemia (38 miles). Snowmobile trails are only 1/3rd of a mile away and you can ride your sled from here. Enjoy spectacular views of the lake, kayaking, and campfires on the patio. Our area is full of history and charm. Come visit! Parking for 3 trucks, plus trailers. Please Note: We charge $10 per night per person over 2 people.

Rest, relax and unwind. Welcome to Simply Superior Cottage located on beautiful Lake Superior on Big Traverse Bay. Private sandy beach along with a beautiful sunrise. Cottage has just been completely remodeled, along with a large enclosed sun room. Your just steps away from a dive into refreshing Lake Superior, sauna allows for a bit more heat to help that dive along. Cottage is located 2 miles from a boat launch, with snowmobile trails nearby, Mt Bohemia ski resort is 19 miles away.

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.
