La casa si trova nell'entroterra di Villammare ad 1,5 km dal mare, nella splendida cornice del Golfo di Policastro, Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano, a pochi minuti da Maratea e Palinuro. Immersa nel verde, è facilmente accessibile dalla strada proviniciale Sp 54 (ingresso altezza stazione Carabinieri di Vibonati). Appena ristrutturata è l'ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax, grazie al suo meraviglioso terrazzo attrezzato da cui si gode la splendida vista della campagna antistante.
