A nook for those looking for calmness, fresh air and green spaces to stroll. Private house, located in the peaceful Urbanização Clube Fim de Semana da Ria, which enjoys a privileged location between Ria de Aveiro and the ocean, ideal for families with children and animals. By car, the house is 9 minutes from the ocean beach, 5 minutes from the river beach, 7 minutes from the entrance to the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve and 10 minutes from the São Jacinto Ferryboat (connection to Aveiro).

The apartment (Penthouse) has a vertical garden terrace, a bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.0 meter double bed, wardrobes and a safe. A living room with sofa, 4K TV, cable channels and Netflix, Rotel bluetooth sound system and mini bar with free drinks available for guests. Kitchen equipped with: Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle and Nexpresso. Full bathroom including bidet and shower, hairdryer and amenities (shower gel, shampoo and body cream), iron and ironing board.

Está localizada a 500 mts da ria, a 600 do mar e a 600 do centro da Torreira. Esta pequena vila bastante acolhedora dispõe de vários serviços como, supermercados, padarias, farmácia, parque infantil, restaurantes com gastronomia local, bares.

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!
