Five minutes drive away from Cane Garden Bay and ten minutes from town, Botanica is a garden oasis spanning over an acre, with four standalone houses. By day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands while you soak in the sun on the deck overlooking the lush garden. At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds.

This secluded Caribbean cottage is tucked into the hillside on the quieter south side of St. John and offers panoramic mountain views of the surrounding National Park. It is within easy walking distance to many of St. John's best beaches and hiking trails. The interior of the cottage offers comfortable accommodations with a queen-size bed that sleeps two and a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The large covered porch provides spacious outdoor living and dining areas with a grill and daybed.

SKEDADDLE COTTAGE unit number 2

Skedaddle is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

Enjoy paradise with this beautiful, newly remodeled cottage as your home away from home. This gem shares the same property, and overlooks, the only organic farm on the island. The farm produces all of the local salad greens, vegetables, herbs, and fruits for all the best restaurants and grocery stores. If you are planning on cooking at the property, let us know and we will bring you some fresh produce.

Enjoy one of the British Virgin Islands best beaches, only footsteps from your door. Each half duplex has a screened in dining area, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, ceilings fan in every room, and an air conditioned bedroom with queen-sized bed. The Cottages are Gold Seal Certified by the Government of the British Virgin Islands, and can be used as accommodations for COVID 19 quarantine.
