A Place in the Sun

"A Place in the Sun" is an ideal spot for a couple or the solo St. John adventurer!. This studio apartment is located on the middle level of the main house, and just above a beautifully landscaped hillside and large pool deck. The property consists of an owners apartment on the upper level and on the middle level there are two beautifully renovated independent studio suites, "A Place in the Sun" and "Suite Papaya". They each have their own well-appointed kitchenette, dining and sitting area.

Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Suite Papaya is a beautifully renovated and well appointed studio apartment located on a shared outdoor estate overlooking Coral Bay area of St. John. Just a few minutes drive to either the town of Coral Bay (shopping/dining) or several beautiful national park beaches and trails and 10 minutes from St. John’s world renown North Shore beaches. The two units share the same level, each have a well-appointed kitchenette, dining and sitting area

Welcome to the totally remodeled "Chateau Relaxeau Caribe" at the water's edge of spectacular Little Apple Bay Tortola. Very reasonable rates, lovely views of the North Shore in the hidden gem of Tortola Apple Bay. Self Contained studio apartment with a private entrance and covered patio. The surf and sand ebbs and flows with the season and in the winter months the surf and waves are up, the beach can be easily accessed from down the road by Sebastian's restaurant. This is a 1 bedroom, with fan, private bathroom with shower and private deck attached to main house. There is an outdoor kitchenette specifically for the room. Kitchen has sink, hot plate , pots &pans, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen contains a full size refrigerator. Please feel free to join us for coffee in the mornings. Yoga and massage also available on the property. Overall the space is quiet, private and has a beautiful view.
