5 mins walk to the waterfront of Rose Bay, bus stop, shops and a Thai restaurant. Close to city and airport. Located in a quiet street in an old Townsville seaside suburb. The house is a Queenslander. I am German and do speak it as well. I have worked with Queensland education for more than 20 years and have now retired. My hobbies are gardening, mosaics, yoga and my family with my grandchildren.
