Il loft ha un originale arredo vintage pur mantenendo un design innovativo, funzionale e moderno il terrazzo è destinato ad un uso comune con lavatrice,ferro e asse da stiro, una piccola palestra e un area relax esterna con divanetti. All'arrivo dell'ospite diamo delle indicazioni e facciamo un giro veloce del paese. Siamo disponibili ad ogni richiesta... Il loft si trova a 300 mt dallo svincolo autostradale. Casteldaccia è un piccolo paese sul mare situato tra Palermo e Cefalù a pochi minuti dalle rovine di Solunto e dalle ville settecentesche di Bagheria.Nel centro storico di Casteldaccia sarà possibile passeggiare tra le vie del paese ed essere immersi nei colori e nei profumi della cultura siciliana. Nelle vicinanze vari lidi balneari e spiagge libere. E' comunque preferibile avere con se o affittare una macchina per potersi spostare senza essere legati agli orari dei mezzi pubblici o dei treni.

The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.
