We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen.
