We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

O prédio é muito calmo por ter poucos andares e moradores de mais idade, 5 minutos da Costa da Caparica e perto de Lisboa! Cesta Pequeno almoço taxa sobre consulta!

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Cascais Amazing Pool House With Shared Plunge Pool

The Pool House is located on my plot on the outskirts of Cascais Center, within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, museums, beaches and a short 35-minute train ride to the center of Lisbon. In the plot there is the main house with direct entrance from the street, and three small Houses, each accessible from the street by the garden entrance: Pool House, Guest House and the Garden House Our 6 Guests in total are welcome to use the heated plunge pool all year round.

You can also stretch out in our hammocks (summer period). The garden and patio are shared with our house. We will be very happy to talk with you and share our culture. Central heating is only turned on in winter (2h/day). Access to the house is via stairs. We have a cat that roams freely in the garden.
