The loft is located in the historic centre of Suna, at the second floor of a characteristic old house. It's a cozy open space composed by kitchen with living area, and a sleeping area with a double mezzanine bed and 2 single sofabed. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children. In the small yard is possible to park bicycles or one motorcycle. Nearby the loft you will find all you need: chemist's shop, supermarket, restaurants and bar, beaches and the public transportation.

Newly renovated and well equipped , the studio is near family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center, tourist attractions ( Madonna del Sasso), Cardada cable car, mini market. L'appartamento è al primo piano di casa indipendente. Si raggiunge percorrendo una strada bianca (sterrata) in mezzo a prati e frutteti. E' immersa nel verde e tranquilla. La vista dallo chalet è mozzafiato e il grande terrazzo permette di goderla appieno.
