Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
