Welcome to Coastal Paradise! This modern villa is newly remodelled and professionally furnished with a beautiful coastal theme. It has a very spacious open layout with plenty of space for the whole family. A huge master walk in shower with two shower heads and four body jets! Out back is a private heated pool with lounge chairs, grill, a hammock, corn hole and a beautiful patio set to enjoy a meal outdoors. Madeira beach is only a 5 min drive away! We also provide all your beach necessities!!

Luxury waterfront in the heart of treasure island

This condo is located with great water views and has a pool minutes away. If your a beach person it's across the street with direct beach access. Publix is located with one condo building between it and my condo. Treasure Island has several restaurants within walking distance. Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with king beds and tv's in each room. The living room has a new queen size hide-a-bed couch. Full size washer/dryer located in the condo. No damage an 7 day min rental.

Spend a day golfing or at the beach (beach supplies included), grab a bite to eat and catch the sunset, then come relax in the heated pool or soak in the hot tub. La Villa has its own patio. The property also has a shared backyard with a pool, hot tub, and yard games access for all of our rental guests onsite.
