Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Negli spazi sono esposte delle opere d'arte. I servizi della casa includono: aria condizionata, televisore, wi-fi , cucina, uno splendido camino ed un terrazzo con vista mozzafiato.

Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Soggiorna in un vero glamping, immerso nell’area protetta di un territorio dal valore naturalistico inestimabile. Il nostro obiettivo è di offrire un’esperienza autentica: non ci siamo limitati ad installare una tenda nel parco di un hotel o di un agriturismo ed a chiamarlo “glamping”, abbiamo creato uno spazio dotato di tutti i comfort all’interno di un bosco di querce secolari a 1100 metri di altitudine riducendo al minimo l’impatto sull’ambiente che ci circonda.

The apartment is on the ground floor. It was the old house of my grandparents, whom they built with their own hands with the support (solidarity) of the women of the village. They bore on their heads the stones that make up the structure of the wall. The reward? Dances and wine all night. Self-taught organist, my grandfather played and my grandmother welcomed all people. A beautiful energy remains in each stone ... It will be a pleasure to share all this with you.

A lovely house located 300 meters from the town square, with a large garden, two bathrooms, a cozy living room and a rustic outdoor kitchen. The accommodation has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), and a garden. The outdoor kitchen has a table with chairs so that guests can have lunch or dinner outside. Cleaning will be carried out at every guest change.
