Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini. In posizione centrale rispetto alle più belle vette e alle località più importanti del comprensorio delle Dolomiti. Nella stagione invernale la strada è sempre pulita ma consigliamo sempre gomme da neve, catene o trazione 4x4.

In pochi minuti si raggiungono il lago di Caldonazzo, il lago di Levico e altre rinomate mete turistiche. La villetta è situata in un lotto unico, completamente recintato, in cui è ubicata anche la nostra abitazione.
