Robin Cottage, Helston, Cornwall, TR13 8UD

Formerly three silver miners' cottages, Robin Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage in the historic market town of Helston. It is ideally placed for exploring the fishing villages and beaches of West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is two miles from the sea at Porthleven, a thriving fishing village with many cafes and restaurants. The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

Hednes is a newly converted barn (spring 2025), on a traditional Cornish farm. Renovated using beautiful materials and with high environmental standards, Hednes hosts solar panels and is heated throughout with underfloor heating powered by a groundsource heat pump (no gas!). On a quiet lane, Hednes barn offers a unique hideaway in a rural location. A short drive from the North (Hayle, Godrevey, St Ives) or South coast (Porth Leven, the Lizard, Penzance) and a 10 minute drive from Helston.

Enjoy peace and tranquility in the heart of the Cornish countryside,The Piggery is a historic 100 year old converted property. Located within the former Godolphin Estate, bordering beautiful National Trust Parkland which is a 100 yard walk from the Property. You can also access the Historic, Godolphin Mannor House and Godolphin Hill amongst numerous walks. A walkers paradise! The stunning Praa Sands Beach on the South Cornish Coast, is just over three miles away or a short 5 minute drive.

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Under floor heating and washing machine.

Delightful shepherd’s hut in peaceful location

Our idyllic shepherd’s hut is perfect for a quiet holiday. We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby large farm shop/restaurant. We're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay. The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.

We are in a central location with easy access to both the north and South coast but you will need a car as we are in a rural location. We are 15mins away from St Ives, Penzance & Helston, 10 mins from St Michaels Mount & Pra Sands. We are ideally located for countryside walks.

Situated in delightful countryside but not far from the sea, Little Pengelly is in an ideal situation for exploring West Cornwall. St. Ives, Porthleven, St. Michael's Mount and the golden beaches of Hayle are all nearby. The New Barn sits in mature grounds. Porthleven is 15 minutes’ drive and offers friendly pubs and excellent food.

We're dog-friendly with over 100 acres of farm to explore, including a Labyrinth & stone circles. The cottage has traditional comforts, including a large granite fireplace.
