Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Welcome to our charming family cottage perfectly situated just a 10-minute stroll from the beach and the South West Coastal Path in the stunning Roseland Peninsula on the South Cornwall coast. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests. **Just a quick note:** If you're booking for four and would like to use all three bedrooms, please let me know before you book. This stunning spacious conversion located on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula and with easy access to the King Harry Ferry offers an ideal family holiday retreat. The accommodation comprises sitting room with wood burning stove, dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. From the dining room a small flight of steps leads to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is an enclosed garden and ample parking.

A great place from which to start your exploration of the Roseland Penninsula and the rest of cornwall. The local pub is a mere stumble down the road. There are wonderful coastal and country walks , just minutes away from An Bowgy. Our beaches Pendower & Carne are just over a mile away ,when the tide is out it becomes one beach .
