Welcome to KH Villa , where you can wind down and immerse yourself in the cultural traditions and warm hospitality of our family. Located in Edat(Kannur,Malabar, Kerala), this family-run ,quaint place offers travelers a unique opportunity to step back in time and explore the timeless essence of our heritage. As guests in our home, you'll learn time-honored customs like Theyyam,Thottam,Temples, paddy fields ,meadows and savor the flavors of our homemade regional cuisine by the local residents.

Heritage house by the river

Welcome to our heritage home and cottage 9 km from the town of Kannur on the banks of the river where it forms a lake with islands . House has two bedrooms and the cottage, three. Total 5. Guests get one bedroom per couple booked, two bedrooms for 4 people and so on. We normally host one couple/group at a time, other bedrooms remain vacant. Free use of common spaces , gardens , pool ,Kayaks, snooker table etc. Speedboat with driver if available is chargeable. Breakfast is included.
