The bedrooms: Queen bed, 2 twin beds, full bed, twin bed, twin bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and towels are provided. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an outdoor charcoal grill and picnic table. Electric Air conditioning and heat. no Smoking, no pets. The house is an open one room house with a loft, multiple pull out couches, brand new kitchen, and an outdoor separate finished sleep-out shed for the kids or extra guests that has two single beds.

The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.
