Nous sommes à 100 mètres de la plus belle plage du Nord, la plage de Trou aux Biches. Pas besoin de voiture tout est à proximité. La Résidence est dans un endroit central, juste à 40 mètres de la route principale qui traverse le village de Trou aux Biches. Bus, voitures, restaurants, visiteurs, marchands, loueurs de voitures consituent l environnement immédiat qui précède et surtout contraste avec la quiétude de la fameuse plage de Trou auux Biches.

Pour les golfeurs, l’appartement est à 5 min en voiture de l’unique golf du Nord, le magnifique golf de Mont Choisy. De nombreux centres de plongée sont à proximité pour découvrir les fonds marins.
