The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Majestic View Retreat, Nevada City

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

If you want to stay close to home your welcome to take a stroll on the walking trails behind the property.
