We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. This cozy, mid-century style home is right on the river on a calm stretch just below Marshall Gold Discovery Park. Walk down the stairs from the deck and splash in the river! The large deck offers space to enjoy the outdoors. Comfy furnishings make up this 1050 sq.ft. home. We have a gas BBQ grill for you to get your grill on as you look out over the river.
