Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Newnham home in heart of Cambridge centre +parking
The self contained house for two adults is light and beautifully fitted and furnished. It is well situated on the West side of Cambridge for walks or bike rides to the city centre, University Departments, Colleges, Concert Hall, Museums and theatres. Local shops and restaurants, river, park and meadows are a short walk. You are never more than a 20 minute walk in Cambridge. A ‘U’ bus links the University’s West Site to the Hospital and Biomedical Campus to the south. A great place to live.

Modern, spacious house in quiet, central location
35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. The perfect location for Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. And for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, science parks, the Botanic Gardens, language schools and Cherry Hinton Hall park. We are located in the Victorian district with many local shops. The area also boasts great restaurants, theatre, cinema, fitness centre and tenpin bowling alley. The train station is walking distance.

Lovely cottage in Grantchester, Cambridge
Light and airy open plan cottage with wooden floors throughout and a small front terrace looking directly over the famous Grantchester Meadows. Suitable for adult guests. This is a quiet, residential terrace, with many residents working from home. Grantchester is a picturesque, safe and friendly village with great pubs and a tea room. Walk, bike, run, bus or drive into Cambridge. Parking is free on the street. We live next door so are on hand if you need anything but won't intrude.

Our 2 bedroom luxury home is the perfect place for a group of up to 6 people. It is located 0.7 miles from Addenbrookes Hospital and the Biomedical Campus, 1.9 miles from Cambridge Station and 2.4 miles from the city centre. The house has 2 stunning double bedrooms, an open plan state-of-the-art kitchen/diner/living area complete with sofa bed. There is off street parking in front of the property for 2 cars. For transit around the city, regular buses are 2 minutes walk from the house.

The Bakehouse is a totally self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house. We also have "The Cob" and "The Barn", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

Meadow Cottage Sleeps 8 Carpark 2 miles to town
Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped and basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms also are supplied with toiletries. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

Fresh, contemporary 2 storey 1 bedroom property ideal for a couple, with capacity to sleep another adult or child. The entire annex is yours for your stay. Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

Close to the centre of Cambridge, The Annexe is ideally suited for short or longer term stays, for both leisure and business traveller. Superbly equipped, with free private parking and a private garden with lawn and patio, this apartment will be a very comfortable choice. Only three miles from the historic town centre, Annexe No 9 is ideally placed for both work and tourism.

The Hayloft is a beautiful property with a stunning interior. A truly rural escape, but still close to historic Cambridge. Local walks and lovely views. Watch the sun set from the comfort of a large Chesterfield sofa through a large picture window while the open fire crackles! Great English pub AND authentic Italian restaurant in the village both within walking distance. Sumptuous bedding, freestanding bath, open fire and beautiful decor!
