It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area.
