Clearly Hidden Acres is a six-acre homestead located right in the middle of a quiet residential area in Valley View. The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. Please be aware that the natural swimming pond-pool is within the fence boundaries of the cottage. Children must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. There is a back entrance. Check in: 4pm Check out: 11am

This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. This house is located in the heart of waterfowl heaven. Multiple public hunting areas with in a hours drive. Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
