Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!

Sully's Cabin 2

Sully's Cabin 2 is built and furnished as a small home. Designed for couples, small families, or friends who want a smaller space but don't want to sacrifice luxury with their stay. Come off the trails and in 2 minutes you are back at your luxury cabin that offers the amenities of a full home. Fix meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or Blackstone Griddle, then relax on the front porch, or back patio by the fire pit, or just watch some TV. Max 4 guests, rent both cabins if you need added space.

Mama Bear's Den - perfect location for the trails!

Mama Bears Den is the Perfect Location to Visit the Hatfield and McCoy Trails offering access to not only one but two different trail systems (Devil Anse & Rockhouse) within a mile of the property! Devil Anse connects with a Third trial system (Buffalo) offering days of trials with no need to trailer to other locations! Relax on the porch or by the fire pits while cooking on the grills by a scenic creek! While here visit the gravesite or museum of Devil Anse, just a short walking distance away.

Come explore this climbing themed tiny home in the New River Gorge, with easy access to Fayetteville! 1 min. drive or 15 min. walk to town. This well-planned space provides everything you need to support your New River Gorge adventures while maintaining a small but luxurious footprint. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Trailer access pull-thru private parking area with a beautiful lighted walking bridge that leads you to the chalet. A beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase leading you to the 2nd story covered porch with a wraparound walking deck. Large firepit area with dried fire wood. Take a step back in time. Rural America. Before fast food chains, and even before Walmart... Surrounded by Mountains and conveniently located, direct access to Warrior Trailhead and High Rocks. Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.

Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .
