Welcome home! Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

North Burien Nest

Guests do not have access to common spaces inside, so under Airbnb's new rules, it is not defined as a private space. This is a private queen bedroom & 3/4 bathroom. Access is from a secure, private parking space behind a locked gate with keybox & remote control. Access to your private space is through a separate door with keyless entry. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor area with a patio table, chairs, propane barbecue & fire pit. Check-in time is 5 p.m. Check-out time is noon.

Welcome to our spacious 600 sq ft private guest suite! You'll have your own kitchen and living room as well as a private entrance and drive way that can fit 3 cars. For 3+ guests, a queen air mattress will be provided with sheets and pillows. 10 min walk to Othello Station (Rail) 3 min walk to a bus stop (route 106) 15 min drive to Airport 15 min drive to Downtown Short drive Kubota Garden, Jefferson Park Golf Course, and Seward Park. Please note that we have quiet hours after 11 PM.

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance on the back of the house. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.
