This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. (See our complete list of the best neighborhood restaurants for more info.) A beautiful wood staircase leads upstairs to a light-filled bedroom, bath and tucked-away workspace. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. We have a separate front door that leads to our side of the house. We will be happy to answer questions and help out whenever we're around. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.

Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Located in the heart of Uptown NOLA, 2 blocks from Tulane Univ. This charming 2 bedroom space is part of the main house on the property with a separate private entrance and stairwell. The space is not shared with main house. Each bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen tv. The larger bedroom has a microwave, small refrigerator, keurig coffee maker and has an en suite bathroom. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and wash all linens before each guest arrival. Light, bright and beautiful!

Studio has 9 windows overlooking the tropical garden. Kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, sink. Farm-style bathroom with walk-in shower. Walking distance to Tulane and Loyola Universities. 10-15 minute drive to Superdome, Downtown and French Quarter. Streetcar is a 10 minute walk from the studio. Lush garden with gas grill. This is studio is located in the quiet, family area of Carrollton. No guests under 21. Full kitchen (shared) can be made available with advance request.

A short walk to Maple Street, Audubon Park (including a world class zoo), Tulane, Loyola. The world's oldest continuously operating streetcar line, which takes you directly into the French Quarter, is mere steps away. I live on the first floor.

Or, walk a half mile to St. Charles Streetcar to ride to French Quarter. Immediate neighborhood is very safe with friendly neighbors. Small parking space available off street right in front of garage door. This is a garage apartment, but the garage is used for storage only.

This private unit is centrally located, with easy access to all New Orleans has to offer! Walking distance to bars & restaurants on Carrollton, Oak St., and Maple St. and not far from all Freret St. offers. If you rather Uber, it's just 10 minutes to mid-city, downtown/quarter, and the Superdome. It offers everything you could need at an affordable price!

Perfectly cozy 1 bedroom apartment 6 blocks from Tulane campus. This is a lower level apartment of a private residence in which a family has lived for 40 years. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood where both students and locals reside. Completely private entrance leads into living room and kitchen. Bathroom is off the hallway and bedroom is at the end of the hallway. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and ensure that all linens are laundered between guests.
