There is a separate entrance outside and a locked entrance inside. The unit is accessed from the back yard and has a small deck directly outside the door. There is a gate right next to the detached garage to enter.

My place is close to family-friendly activities and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This space features a private entrance and living area. While the space is connected to my main house, it is separate enough that it feels like it's own apartment. There is a locking slatted door in between the space and my main house. It is not a 100% separate unit The space has a downstairs living room with a bar and a sink. There are two bedrooms upstairs

Once inside your private entrance there is one adjoining locked door to the main house. The door stays locked from both sides during your stay. We have taken steps to soundproof.
