This beautiful Attic is located in Castelsardo, a medieval village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It is about 300 m from the main beach. The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance Due to its central location, all the main attraction of the north of this beautiful Island are very easy to reach by car. Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

Si affaccia sul golfo dell'Asinara con suggestiva vista sul mare e sulla costa e a due passi dalla spendida insenatura di Baia Ostina. Ideale per chi cerca relax e quiete senza rinunciare a spiaggia e altri servizi. La mansarda è composta da una camera matrimoniale più un divano letto nel soggiorno, cucina (con vari utensili), bagno e posto auto gratuito

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato e prestigioso museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti.

Die Villetta Matteo ist unsere Privatunterkunft an der Costa Paradiso (Blickrichtung Korsika). Sie ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, in Hanglage 80m ü.NN. mit 180 Grad Meerblick vom großzügigem Sonnendeck, eingebettet in felsiger Umgebung und mediterranen Gewächsen. Sie bietet Meerblick aus allen Zimmern sowie direkten Zugang zu den Terrassen. Gemeinschaftspool mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein nahe gelegener Sandstrand "Li Cossi" (15 Gehminuten) runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Il palazzo è incastonato nel centro storico di Tempio, "Città di Pietra", Cuore della Gallura. La casa è situata al primo piano, sopra il mio "Studiolo di Arti e Mestieri". È il frutto di un accurato lavoro di restauro e vicinissima a tutti i servizi della città. L'ingresso è molto riservato, da un androne con un'ampia scala si accede all'appartamento, composto da due grandi ambienti, cucina/soggiorno e soggiorno/letto, corridoio e bagno. L'appartamento e' situato all'interno del complesso "La Perla", in localita' La Tozza, vicino al paese di Badesi. E' costituito da un bilocale con camera doppia e bagno, con ampia terrazza vista mare e sul tramonto. La zona e' tranquilla e comoda per il mare. The flat is found within the "La Perla" complex, La Tozza - Badesi. It benefits from one double bedroom, one bathroom and a large terrace with stunning views of the sea, the village and the sunset. The area is quiet and convenient.

There is a small garden usefull to stay and eat during summer. The house is 10 minutes by car from the best beaches of north of Sardegna. The best way to reach the north of Sardegna is by Airplane (Ryanair or Easyjet. Airport are ALGHERO or OLBIA) or boat (Moby Lines. Corsica ferries)
