Centuries old country estate with magical ambiance, art and antiques, beautiful views and wrap around porches. Relax in the hot tub in your own private oasis or gather with friends and family around the fire pit. Multiple bird feeders and grand live oaks, magnolias, fruit trees and a kitchen garden. This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

Located just 5 mins from I-95 and 12 minutes from Florence, this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us!! 😊

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

The Little Cottage, Stateburg

The Little Red Cottage features a small bedroom with a double size bed and a closet, a spacious living room with sofa/roku TV and computer desk, and a bathroom with shower. It is nestled on 6 serene acres, among massive windswept Live Oaks dripping with Spanish moss, Palmettos, azaleas, camellia, magnolias and creape myrtle, yet so conveniently close to Shaw Air Force base, 30 mins to Columbia and Camden, close to all Sumter's attractions.

Gated and Private Catholic Hermitage house

Saint Michael Hermitage and retreat is a serene, gated, private home that is for 1-3 guests looking for a quiet stay while traveling or as a retreat destination. You will self check into your Hermitage after you obtain a gate code. There is a prayer chapel close by on the property. It is pet friendly for a well trained pet. There is Catholic iconography throughout the home. It is warm and inviting. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer for your convenience and complementary coffee/tea.

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
