A Very Big Bedroom in a Happy Home

Welcome to our happy home! The main bedroom boasts a pillowtop queen bed and a second platform queen bed. Also, a fully functioning kitchen, a large laundry room and a full bath await you! Enjoy the comfort of two living rooms, one with a convenient queen size pull-out couch. There's a spacious yoga studio, complete with a desk and fiber-optic internet. This is the main floor of a three-story house, you share and entrance with the upstairs renter. The basement renter has a private entrance.

The Bunkhouse Room #3

Cozy bunkhouse sleeps 1 person per room with a twin bed, 4 rooms total. Quiet place in the country surrounded by goats, potbelly pigs & chickens just 6 miles west of sioux falls. We are leaning towards helping out workers & travelers with the cheapest rate possible. if one isn't available, check all other 3 listings to see if room is available. I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves as this is shared living. I do come in every morning to clean the common areas & take out the trash.

The entire top story is all yours with a fun walkout porch for private outdoor relaxing. The main bedroom offers a pillow top queen and the smaller bedroom has a twin with a pullout trundle. The private bathroom has a tub and handheld shower. You have a private spacious livingroom upstairs with a fridge. This area is ideal to hangout, get some office work done, or quiet reading. The main floor is shared. It offers a kitchen, formal dining room, living room, and laundry room for you as well.
