Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Country View Lake House

Welcome to our quiet, relaxing, cozy home sitting on Cottonwood Lake in Sterling, KS. We celebrate holidays and enjoy our summers in this home and wish to share it with you. It’s fully heated and cooled and is a great escape, especially if you enjoy being near the water. We enjoy breathtaking views from the covered deck next to the water. You may also enjoy many amenities which contain going for walks, sitting by the fire ring, or fishing off the dock!

Big Blue Farmhouse

Spacious house near Hutchinson (10 miles) with 4 bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled full baths, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Quiet location off the main road but easy access to town. A great spot for family gatherings, girls weekend, or a base for exploring Kansas. Patio, 2-car garage, sunny breezeway, and a big round table for shared meals or games. We have an airbed available if needed.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
