POR FAVOR, ANTES DE RESERVAR LEE LA DESCRIPCIÓN Y LAS "NORMAS DE LA CASA". Casa rústica para 2 con terraza privada. En el casco antiguo. Con aire acondicionado/calefacción. También hay ventiladores de techo. Conexión Wi-Fi alta velocidad (fibra óptica). Las playas están a solo 25 minutos. En verano evitas la masificación que se produce en la costa. Y también, a diferencia de la costa, encontrarás todos los servicios: bancos, farmacias, centro de salud, supermercados, bares, tiendas artesanía etc

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. We rent out our wonderful 60 m2 apartment with 45 m2 private terrace and panorama views of the sea, 1 h 20 m from Málaga airport. The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

La casa tiene dos plantas y un patio exterior con pequeña piscina, exclusivo para ti. Planta de abajo: distribución abierta con salón, comedor, cocina, pequeño aseo y patio. Planta superior: dormitorios y baño completo. Rutas de senderismo a 5 min a pie desde el alojamiento.

You will love my place because it is a penthouse with incredible views of the Alhambra from its wonderful terrace. The lift will take you directly to the floor where you will find an incredibly sunny and bright space. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples. It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

El sueño de un Cortijo Andaluz

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
