Follow the lights...

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.

La villa si trova a Capo d'Arco, un vasto Comprensorio privato a 5 Km. da Porto Azzurro e 10 da Rio Marina e a cui si accede solo con autorizzazione. Luminosissima e affacciata sulla scogliera, con una vista mare a 180°, la villa permette di essere vissuta all'esterno, grazie alla vasta terrazza attrezzata con zona living, 2 zone pranzo (una nel patio e una in terrazza vista mare), e la magnifica piscina privata a picco sulla baia. Ideale per una vacanza tutta natura in un'atmosfera di quiete.

"Il Pollaio", è una tradizionale casa di campagna in pietra, che offre pace, tranquillità e comfort in un ambiente tipicamente toscano, dotata di aria condizionata, comode camere da letto e zone giorno ben attrezzate. All'esterno una piscina privata immersa nel verde ed una deliziosa casetta in legno per i più piccoli. In posizione strategica, ma appartata e privata. Ampio parcheggio. Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. We are Emilia and Luca, we live here and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

Villa Mola è una realtà di relax e comodità assoluta all'Isola d'Elba. Avrete a disposizione 120mq per tutte le vostre esigenze e una terrazza esterna dalla quale potrete godere di uno spledido scorcio del Comune di Capoliveri e della campagna elbana. A disposizione della villa vi è una piscina condivisa con idromassaggio, solarium e barbecue. E' possibile prenotare anche la dependance per ulteriori 4 posti letto. Un grande giardino, in parte pavimentato a pietra, correda la proprietà dal quale si può ammirare un panorama meraviglioso della maremma toscana. Immersi nella natura si nota da una parte il mare con il golfo di Follonica, l'isola d'Elba e la Corsica, dall'altra l'isola del Giglio. E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate nella natura o raggiungere località balneari o città d'arte.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
