Villa Giotto

Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

We finely restored it and carefully furnished it, to offer our guests the warmth of our very own vacation home - with broadband connection, the perfect solution for working remotely - and a generous garden to enjoy the sunset beyond the vineyards. This is why we always keep the pleasure to welcome you personally into your home away from home.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.

THE NEST

The Nest is located in the countryside between Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio and Lake Bolsena. It is a large private estate surrounded by about 100 acres of woodland totally at your disposal for unique nature walks in the wilderness. The Nest is a completely self contained bungalow with use of kitchen and laundry and a wood stove. It is ideal for people that want complete peace, and to be fully immersed in nature, literally nestled in an oak grove bird lovers will be overjoyed.

Pian della Chiesa is an idyllic 50-hectare estate immersed in a forest of pines, elms and oaks, intertwined with paths that run along the beautiful and steep Ligurian coast. Our self-catering accommodation is situated in an 800-year-old converted monastery called SANT ANTONIO, a short 5 minutes drive from the Renaissance town of Montepulciano, renowned for its Vino Nobile wines, restaurants, enotecas, art and culture. Our local area is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, joggers or simply walking through the incredible Tuscan country side that offers memorable sights of farmland, forests and rolling hills.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. We really enjoy telling you the best places to visit and the best country restaurants in the vicinity.

Its location at a stone's throw from a supermarket and in the village of Tuoro sul Trasimeno makes it an ideal starting point to explore both Tuscany and Umbria. Trasimeno Bungalow is my parent's holiday home and I am living next door.
