Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

Nepitella. Podere San Bartolomeo charm in Tuscany

Questa piccola casa è perfetta per le coppie. E' possibile ospitare in più anche un bambino di altezza massima di 1,40m. Non sono presenti scale e altre barriere architettoniche. Ogni casa è indipendente e dotata di ogni comfort. Nell'ampio giardino di 1000 mq a disposizione si trova una piscina interrata in marmo 12x6 con idromassaggio e doccia calda adiacente, area barbecue con gazebo, e parcheggio. E' possibile fare passeggiate nel bosco lungo il ruscello e raccogliere frutta e ortaggi di stagione presenti nell'orto. La nostra casa è adiacente ai tre appartamenti che affittiamo. Quindi i nostri ospiti potranno esprimerci ogni bisogno e chiederci consigli su cosa il nostro territorio offra. La collina su cui sorge il Podere San Bartolomeo offre pace, silenzio e un contatto con la natura che forse chi abita in città può aver perso. Con la macchina. Aereoporto più vicino Firenze a 32 km. Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. La casa della Pittrice

La casetta degli ospiti è sul fondo del nostro giardino. Ha un'entrata e una terrazza privata, è completamente autosufficiente. E' circondata da alberi da frutto, olivi, pini e molti fiori.
