Come spend some time admiring a unique and wild part of the Black Sea seaside. Enjoy morning or evening walks to Tuzla beach while exploring the nearby wild shores and beaches, pick up sea glass and shells. Feel the breeze in your hair while biking through the golden fields, on the tall shores and come back to rest in our green and welcoming garden. Our cozy seaside home can accomodate 4 or 5 adults (or 4 adults+3 children) in 2 bedrooms+bathrooms. All the appliances at the guests' disposal.

The name of the property is related to the 100 years old fig that we have in garden, "Casa cu Smochin" meaning "The Fig House". We rent the upper floor of our summer beach house. You rent the entire space, meaning 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 lounge, 1 terrace. The property is situated 300m away from the beach and 400m away from the salted lake Techirghiol. ***The house is heated during the winter season and the medium temperature is 20 C degrades ***

The property is a two-minute walk from the beach. Villa "IBI"has a total surface of 180 sqm, disposed on two levels and offers 10 accommodation places. In order for our guests to feel at their best and enjoy their sunny stay, the whole villa is rented only for a period of min. period of 6 nights. We are sorry to announce that we don't rent individual rooms.

Located in Eforie Sud 300 m from a wild beach named Maidan. We have a private garden with a pond populated with koi fish and turtels and beautiful flowers. It is an oasis of peace. Private entrance with balcony, each bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden. We look forward to relaxing by the sea.
