There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga. The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.

Toft

On the outskirts of the historic town of Stromness in the West Mainland of Orkney, this single-story barn conversion has one bedroom, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. All on one level, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout. It has stunning views across Hoy Sound and out to the open Atlantic. Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.

Netherstove Chalet 1

Netherstove has two identical self-contained chalets overlooking the Bay of Skaill and Skara Brae with view of the Hoy Hills to the south. Within a 20 minute walk you have Skara Brae visitor centre and within 25 minutes drive you can access nearly all of the Historic Scotland sites Orkney has to offer. Along with this there is the opportunity to explore the surrounding countryside with a range of coastal and local footpaths where you will see an array of birds and wildlife

Nistaben is a peaceful newly renovated traditional Orkney house with direct private access to its own beach with panoramic views of the island and seascape. Upon request our luxury hot tub sanctuary can be booked. Nistaben is within easy walking distance of the pier, airport, shop, archaeological and historical sites, RSPB North Hill Nature Reserve, local amenities and The Hot Tub Sanctuary. Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach.
