Three masters with en suite bathrooms and a fourth bedroom with bathroom across hall. Open floor plan with double doors opening to the best sunset views. Dock your boat, grill out on the large porch and screened in patio, bonfire, kayak, paddle board or float and play in the water. Sleeps 12 (14 with cot and blow up mattress). Lovely sunrises & moon views. 5 min to downtown, 2 min from The Club at Lake Sinclair & DG. Sleeps 6-8 people, (air mattresses/beds) Perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining areas. Fire pit with lots of seating. Big views of water & nearby sandbar, across from an island with beachfront space. Tons of amenities you may need, including a pack-n-play. For the hot-natured, white noise lovers we have large floor fans! Kayaks & paddleboards on site & Rubber Dockie that will entertain the kids.

Peaceful Lakefront Lodge with great sunsets.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.

Tiny Cabin in the Country

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Relax in the gazebo . Take a dip in a clean freshwater pond, you have it all here! Availability is limited, so plan ahead and enjoy a very unique experience! Only a few miles from the Georgia National Fairgrounds.
