El Atico is a lovely, light-filled loft - the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat, focused work time, or just relaxing at the end of a day out and about. It features cozy lounging and sleeping spaces, a bright bathroom with skylight, large work area with monitor, and a kitchenette stocked with locally roasted coffee, tea, and snacks. Easy, free parking right out front on a tree-lined residential street; close to downtown, U of M, Augsburg University, parks, restaurants, coffee, and more.

The Red House Uptown Minneapolis

Artsy 2-bedroom in Uptown (August and September 2024, select dates and send message to host) The Red House Uptown Minneapolis is a first-floor unit in a duplex. The upstairs is rented by longterm tenants who are friendly, respectful & wonderful people. Dog friendly (1 dog - over 2 years old, less than 25 pounds. Your dog must be kept in crate when you go out. Message Kelly for pre-approval of your pet. This is our only AirBnB. Kelly lives 2 miles away and maintains it herself.

This is a cozy one-bedroom iconic home on the AIA Guide to the Twin Cities by Larry Millett. This worker's cottage and "architectural folly" is located in a great neighborhood near shopping, Allianz Field, freeway access, and short driving distance to Concordia University, Macalester College, St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.

Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.
