It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. This is a cozy couple's retreat or small family getaway with a fireplace, hot tub, full kitchen, washer/dryer, located 4 minutes from Lake Mary and 15 min to Lake Geneva. Many activities nearby - festivals, hiking, boat rentals, golf, beach, downhill skiing, tubing, and snow shoeing. Eco conscious cabin, including Level 2 electric vehicle charging & more. Come relax at Turtle Beach Marina! Rent a Pontoon or a Kayak. Spend the day at the beach and at the beach bar (Beach bar is open mid May until the last weekend in October). There is a restaurant and gaming room (slots) on the property. Quaint cottage has 2 bedrooms with a full bed in each. Up to 4 people allowed. There is no oven but has a 2 burner electric cook top. A grill is also available. Beach themed cottage is completely remodeled. 💜
