House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance 13ish mins. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. PLEASE READ access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside, through the garage via the outside stairs. Our apartment is separate from your accommodation. Spend your days exploring bush walks or beach walks. You can also bring your boat for that fishing getaway, plenty of parking on site, and the 2Rocks marina is only a 10 minute drive.
