PERMIT NO. 1175K92001021801 The house is built of stone and is located on the hill overlooking the unique sandy Golden beach (Xrissi akti) in a big plot of land planted with olive and fruit trees, plants and flowers. The villa , with two separate levels having independent entrances can be rented as a whole or separately (Only in Mid and Low season). The prices appearing in the calendar are for both levels . If you wish to rent the upper level only (for 4 persons max.) please ask us for a price. * The UPPER FLOOR has two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) one bathroom, a big living room with two sofas, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, grill etc) . * The LOWER LEVEL has one master (double) bedroom, a living room with a new pull-out sofa (140X200) and an open- space fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a storing place. * Spacious patio- veranda (45 sq mts) with fantastic sea view, covered by a pergola with a big marble table is the hot spot of the house during all summer months. * Also the lower level apartment has got its own independent veranda. * Outdoor shower as well. * Wireless internet, flat screen smart T.V. in both living rooms, lots of English and French books. * Beach chairs, sun ombrella, beach toys for kids available.

Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

The house is built on a plot of land that is 9.044 square meters surrounded by small olive trees and various Mediterranean plants. The construction was based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture, respecting the environment and the traditional architecture. Villa Erato is the largest of a complex of villas called Drios-muses. It is a three-level villa of a total area of 210 s.m, consisting of Basement, Ground Floor and First Floor with 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 2 single rooms and a sofa bed which accommodates up to 2 more guests.
