There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. Beautiful house just 200' from the biggest park in town with giant playgrounds ,pavilions, ball parks, a skate park, and soccer fields. it has plenty of parking and a two car garage. a super spacious fully fenced back yard for the kids. You are only 2 minutes from one of the best golf courses in utah, and just minutes from some of the best fishing around. Hundreds of lakes and streams within an hour drive. 45 min. from dinosaur national park. House has a ring camera on the front porch.

Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

Cozy Cottage was built in 1928 and includes antique accents throughout. Two large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Walk through the small apple orchard and enjoy the deer herd that walks through in the morning and evening. Take a five-minute drive to downtown Vernal with easy access to Buckskin Hills Recreation Area, Steinaker State Park, Red Fleet State Park, McCoy Flats, Flaming Gorge, and Dinosaur National Monument.

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room plus a small TV and DVD in bedroom. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
