Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. Charming....three bedrooms, two bath vineyard cottage has everything you need to make your wine country vacation comfortable and memorable. Enjoy your days basking in the sun, and your nights on the patio stargazing. Expect a warm welcome. Located minutes from wineries, museums, and other famous Northern California attractions. In regards to the pool please check with host to make sure it’s available. The pool at times may be shared with other guest on the property.

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
