Vintage house has more than 120 years. The house has wooden staircase entrance. The apartment located on the 3rd floor of the house, no elevator inside. At house are living real Ukrainian neighbors, please be ready to see non tourist part of their life)). On the territory of the house cats move freely.

It's an inspiring urban hideaway and an ideal base for exploring a historic city. The studio is in the very center of Kyiv.
