The position of house is excellent, in the center but out of crowd, with beautiful beach and sea view. Our beach Utjeha is made of white stone pebbles and it’s one of very few beaches on Montenegro coast which got `Blue Flag`, the highest coastal ranking. This is wonderfully, charming, romantic place with crystal, clear, blue sea water. Affordable prices of drinks, food, nightlife are an additional reasons to come and enjoy your vacation time. We are just 0,3 km away from crystal sea with panoramic view of the sea and pine-tree forest, city beach and view of the Old Town of Ulicinj. You would love the natural floral surroundings, coziness, high ceilings, the light and the fresh morning air. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
