A house with (your own) lake side with pier, boat and porches just 10 minutes from the city of Ulricehamn. 1 minute with boat. 50 minutes to Gothenburg by car. 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the guest house. Big fully equipped kitchen with dinner table, living room with fireplace and a inside veranda. The porches has dinner table, sofa, barbecue and a lot of space. Take a swim, go fishing, enjoy the views or walk in the wonderful surroundings.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Beläget på halvön Sundholmen, en anrik plats med fantastiska omgivningar, såsom Naturreservat och Slottsruinen samt den välkända Herrgården. Boendet har 2 sovrum, 180 cm + 160 cm sängar. 1 Badrum och 1 Kök. 2 Balkonger och en underbar trädgård. Stugan är en del av en större fastighet, men vi är inte hemma under hyrestiden.

Ca 1 timmes bilfärd från Göteborg och 1timme till Jönköping. 15 min. från mysiga Ulricehamn. 30 min till Borås.
