Man har tilgang til sjøen, men det er gjerde rundt huset da det går sauer og beiter i sommerhalvåret. Det går også frittgående høner rundt huset. Egen sitteplass ute på begge sider av leiligheten, og egen parkeringsplass. Kjøkkenet har alt man trenger til vanlig matlaging.
