The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

If you've been looking for the tiny house experience, look no further. Michelle and Chris built this tiny house to live as eco-friendly, comfy, and healthy as possible. Built with only non-toxic and all natural materials with a state of the art fresh-air system. Two heating systems for the winter. Enjoy wildlife or relaxing at the river bend on our 5-acre property or explore the awesome attractions close by: winery, New Paltz downtown, “gunks” rock climbing, Minnewaska State Park, and more!

Little Yellow Cottage New Paltz - Kitchen wash/dry

Built over 100 years ago as a chicken hatchery, this gorgeous little gem has been fully restored as a two-story guest cottage. Located in New Paltz just minutes off Exit 18 on I-87 in a very private, quiet, country setting. Only ten minutes from New Paltz Village & SUNY New Paltz and set back on a lightly traveled road for those long summer strolls. You don't even need a car to get here! It's just 12 minutes by taxi from the New Paltz Bus Station or bring your bike up and cycle everywhere!

Midway between lovely towns, Woodstock and Phoenicia. Full kitchen and bath, closet, cathedral ceiling, sleeps two adults comfortably. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets. This includes service animals. Not suitable for children or infants. No smoking or vaping. We use fragrance free laundry detergent.

The Metsämökki - A Finnish Cabin in the Woods

The Metsämökki is a small Finnish cabin in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Originally a sauna that was shipped here from Finland. We renovated it to a tiny house that offers complete privacy. Enjoy the babbling brook while sitting on the deck and taking in the surrounding nature. It is private, fully equipped, and centrally located. The front of the cottage has a sun drenched porch equipped with lounge chairs and bbq.
