Mas Fel de Ultramort, Apartament els angels

This apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator. In front of the house, there is a shared green area of over 2,500 square meters with garden beds and panoramic views of the Montgrí massif and the Empordà countryside, shared with the Montgrí apartment. The outdoor heated SWIMMING POOL is also shared with the Montgrí apartment. The water is heated using solar panel energy, usually starting in April, depending on the weather. We recommend checking the water temperature with us prior to arrival. The apartment is accessed through the main entrance of the farmhouse. The boiler room and office are located on the ground floor, which means maintenance staff may also access this area. Free parking is available on-site. In addition to the amenities mentioned above, it features an ironing board and iron, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a hairdryer, a clothes drying rack, and a first aid kit. Please note that a tourist tax is required at this destination. The current rate is €0.90 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. This tax is not included in the price and must be paid directly upon arrival at the apartment. NOTE: For long stays, we recommend contacting us before booking to clarify any questions and finalize details. The heating works with air conditioning units (aerothermal system).

El apartamento "El campanar" està en la segunda planta. Es ideal para una pareja sola o con dos niños. Tanto la habitación como la sala-comedor tienen salida a un balcón. Es muy luminoso y tranquilo. En la habitación hay una cama de matrimonio de 160x200 y unas literas abatibles de 90x200 que puedes cerrar si no necesitas utilizar. Baño completo con ducha, gel de baño, toallas y papel higiénico. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, cafetera nespresso, tostadora, horno-micoondas..etc.
